    Help support the FMA Alliance and our programs by purchasing an ad or special recognition message in our Annual Meeting Program.   It's as easy as 1, 2, 3, & 4........

    1. Pick the size option that you want to purchase. 

    2. Create your ad/message to the size specifications provided below.

    3. Email a copy of your ad/message as a jpg or pdf file along with your name and email to Director@myfmaa.org

    4. Submit Purchase Form with payment via online link below or fill in form and mail check to

    FMA Alliance  P. O. Box 1403, Land O Lakes, FL  34639 

    Options available are:

    Full Page Ad or Message-7.5" x 10"      $100

    Half Page Ad or Message- 7.5"x 4.87"  $50

    Business Card (Members)                            $25

    Business Card (Non-Members)                 $50

    The Program will be distributed to our attendees and uploaded to our website. All ads must be received no later than August 1st to be included in Annual Meeting Packets.
