Annual Meeting Registration is Open

Register now to join us for the FMAA Annual Meeting & Installation of Officers to be held at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Studios Orlando. Registration is open and can be found on the Annual Meeting event page. Join us August 2-3, as we celebrate the past year and prepare for the future.

Upon completion of your registration, your confirmation email will be sent and will include the hotel group contact information to complete your hotel room reservation. Visit the website of Loews Sapphire Falls Resort for more information.

Unable to attend the Annual Meeting? There are a number of ways that you can still participate and support the FMAA and our meeting. Consider making a general donation, purchasing a recognition or business ad, or donating your registration fees. For more information or assistance contact Peggy at director@myfmaa.org

Wednesday, August 1st, Optional:  Early arrival gathering TBA

Thursday, August 2nd:

  • 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Pre-Conference Board Meeting (Current Board Members)
  • 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Gavel Club Annual Brunch (Past FMAA Presidents and Honorary Guests)
  • 12:00 p.m. Registration Desk and Vendor/Exhibit Room Opens
  • 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Alliance General Membership Meeting and Break (All Invited)
  • 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Florida Medical Alliance Foundation General Meeting (All Invited)

Installation Dinner and Celebration at BiCE Ristorante-Portofino Bay Hotel:

  • Group Water Taxi Shuttle to BiCE Ristorante at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel
  • 7 p.m. Installation and Dinner (All+ Guests Invited-Preregistration Required)

Friday, August 3rd:

  • 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.  Breakfast Served  in Meeting Room  (Registered Attendees) 
  • 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Speaker Panel:  Physician Wellness Programs-Why, What, and How to Access  (All Invited to Attend) 
  • 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Awards & Year in Review
  • 11:15 a.m. to 11:30: Closing Remarks (Followed by Post-Conference Meeting)
