Registration

  • Registration includes: Meeting admission for both days, Thursday's snack break, and evening group event, and Friday's Celebration Luncheon.
  • Guests/family members are welcome to join us for our celebratory luncheon on Friday. Price is per person.
  • If you are unable to attend, yet wish to help support the event and activities this option may be right for you. By donating your Registration Fee you will be recognized as a Non Attending Registered Contributing Member of the meeting.
Upon submission of your registration you will be sent a confirmation email.

Join us for our FMAA Annual Meeting being held Thursday 8/3/17 and Friday 8/4/17 at the recently opened Loews Sapphire Falls Resort located within the Universal Theme Park in Orlando.

 A single registration fee of $150 includes both days of meeting, plus Wednesday evening's President's Wine & Light Bites, a snack break at Thursday's meeting, along with Bunco, Wine, & Dessert Thursday Social and our celebration luncheon on Friday.   Preliminary Schedule:

Wednesday, August 2nd:

  • 7-9 p.m. Optional:  President's  Welcome-Join FMAA President Angela Abrams for a casual gathering of Wine & Light Bites. Suite location To Be Announced.

Thursday, August 3rd:  Business Meeting  and Elections

  • 9-10 a.m. Reference Committee-St Croix 2 meeting room at the Sapphire Falls Resort
  • 10:30-12:30 p.m. Gavel Club Luncheon -Invitation Only.  Suite location TBA
  • 11-12:30 p.m. Lunch on Your Own
  • 1-5 p.m. Business Meeting (with snack break) St Croix 2 meeting room at the Sapphire Falls Resort
  • 7 -9:30 p.m. Join us for  Bunco, Wine, and Dessert Social.  Bunco will begin promptly at 8 p.m.  Suite location TBA
Friday, August 4th:  Awards, Installation Ceremony and Luncheon
  •  9:00-Noon  Awards and Installation
  • Noon. -1p.m. Celebration Luncheon
Saturday, August 5th (Optional):
  • FMAA Walk for Wellness location and  time TBA

The hotel room block has sold out , however there are a number of options still available that are within walking distance or via a short water taxi ride from the Loews Sapphire Falls.  If you need assistance or would like a list of alternate hotels please email Director@myfmaa.org

If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, but would like to help support the event and organization please consider purchasing a Non-Attending Registration Donation or an Ad/Recognition Message.

Please note that this registration is for the FMA-Alliance Annual Meeting  ONLY.  If you will be attending the FMA Annual Meeting or FMA Events please register via the FMA.
