FMA Alliance State Membership
County Alliances /Medical Student/Resident
Instructions for Membership:
We offer you the option to pick a single FMA Alliance (state) membership or any combination of the state membership plus your county membership.
To pay online: you may pay via credit, debit, or PayPal. Please select your Membership(s) level from the drop-down menu above, then click on the Add to Cart button for each level you select and check out. If only paying State FMAA membership just click on view cart and check out.
To purchase both State and County you must pick each one separately and add to cart then check out.
To pay by check (Mail In Application): Printable Membership Form Be certain to check off on all that you wish to join and include a check for the total amount of all options taken. As a service to our members the FMAA will disburse your payment directly to your County Alliance on your behalf.

All Medical Students/Residents and their spouses are accepted free of charge* Medical students/residents and their spouses will need to still submit a membership registration form online or via regular mail to complete their annual membership process.Printable Medical Students/Residents/Spouses form
*All memberships for Medical Students/Residents and their spouses are funded via a scholarship program administered by the Florida Medical Association Alliance
